2. Book & Pay Securely
Found a ride? Request to book. Once the driver accepts, your payment is held safely in escrow — the driver only gets paid after the trip is complete.
No cash exchanges, no haggling. Simple, transparent pricing.
3. Meet & Verify
At the pickup point, confirm identities using the app. Check the driver's verified photo and vehicle details. See who you're riding with before you get in.

How much does Saamgaan cost?
Signing up is free. Saamgaan charges a small service fee per booking (around 10-15%). Drivers set their own prices per seat.
How are payments handled?
All payments go through our secure escrow system. Money is held until the trip completes successfully, protecting both riders and drivers.
What if the driver cancels?
If the driver cancels, you receive a full refund. If you cancel too close to departure, a partial fee may apply to compensate the driver's time.
Can I book for someone else?
Currently, each booking is tied to a verified account. The person riding must be the one who booked, for safety reasons.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We verify IDs but never share your full details with other users. Your phone number is only visible to confirmed trip participants.
